Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Departure from Arusha to Tarangire, famous for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. After a full day of game viewing along the Tarangire River, we head to the cooler highlands of Karatu.
Stay: Karatu (Lodge/Tented Camp)
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
Descend 600 meters into the crater for a day of spectacular wildlife viewing. This is your best chance to see the Big Five in a single day. In the evening, we return to Arusha.

Day 3: Arusha Town Tour & Flight to Zanzibar
Enjoy a morning tour of Arusha’s vibrant markets and landmarks before transferring to the airport for your flight to the Spice Island.

Day 4: Prison Island & Stone Town History
Visit the Giant Tortoises at Prison Island in the morning, followed by a guided walk through the labyrinthine streets of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

A full day of sailing in a traditional dhow. We explore the Menai Bay conservation area, snorkel in crystal clear reefs, and enjoy a sandbank seafood BBQ.

Smell and taste the spices that made Zanzibar famous. Afterward, we drive north to the pristine beaches of Nungwi.
