Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Serengeti National Park – Arrival & Afternoon Game Drive

  • After early breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park.

  • Explore the park, famous for its endless plains, herds of lions, and crocodiles in the Grumeti River.

  • Spot hippos, giraffes, antelopes, and gazelles.

  • Dinner and overnight at your campsite.

  • Entire day set aside for game drives.

  • Observe wildlife including impalas, buffalo, crocodiles, hippos, and, depending on the season, the migrating herds of wildebeest and zebras.

  • Keep an eye out for predators such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions.

  • All meals included.

  • Optional early morning game drive at dawn to see nocturnal animals retreating and diurnal species awakening.

  • Return to camp for breakfast, then set out with a packed lunch for full-day game drives.

  • Depending on the season, witness the Great Migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest, along with zebras and gazelles.

  • Spot resident predators and an abundance of bird species.

  • Overnight at campsite; all meals included.

  • Early morning game drive to spot creatures missed on previous days.

  • Animals are most active in the morning before temperatures rise.
