How We Do Things Around Here
Uisso Adventures started right here in Moshi, not as a big business, but as a way to show people our country the right way.
If you’ve spent five minutes looking at our reviews, you’ve probably seen the name Mosses come up a lot. That’s because Mosses, our founder, is usually around to personally welcome our guests and ensure they are well taken care.
We’ve always believed that if you’re traveling halfway across the world to see Tanzania, you shouldn’t be treated just like a tourist; you should be treated like a guest in our house.
We aren’t a massive agency with hundreds of staff. We are a tight-knit team of guides, cooks, and porters who like working together. When we’re on the mountain or out in the bush, we go “Pole Pole” (slowly, slowly) because we want you to actually enjoy the experience, not just survive it.
We know you’re trusting us with your safety and your dream. We don’t take that lightly. We’re here to make sure you get to the top, see the lions, and head home feeling like you’ve gained a family in Tanzania.
